Drivers permits! They have 365 days to drive 50 hours with a licensed driver over the age of 25...this is going to happen on college campuses?

They took their written tests, having hardly ever sat behind a steering wheel. The 18-year-old drove for 10 minutes in Germany, the 21-year-old a couple of times in a pickup truck in Wyoming. But they both passed. On to the next step!
